Job Description - Office Manager/Assistant to president/CEO

Office Administration Responsibilities: 


. Look over Reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing mail 
· Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks, such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
· Maintain and keep record of office supplies inventory and place orders as needed 
· Ensure vehicles are parked at right spots 
· Communicate effectively with internal staff as well as external clients or vendors 
· Support Order desk to Arrange lunch / supplies for customers visits 
· Responsible to office communication & correspondence
· Other duties as assigned Assistant to president/CEO responsibilities : · Managing president/CEO’s schedule and correspondence for internal & external engagements
· Facilitating action items 
· Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for employees when required 
· Assistance for logistic arrangement for special projects/events
· Prepare and maintain documentation , records in system, presentations if any 
· Other duties as assigned  Education & Experience: · College Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/any relevant qualification 
· 2+ years of progressive experience in reception/administrative field 
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders
· Strong writing skills for creating reports, correspondence, contracts, bids, and other documentation. 
· Strong MS office skills
· Team player able to contribute to project execution in a flexible and dynamic environment with competing priorities 
· Working experience in a manufacturing or production industry is preferred We thank all interested candidates for applying.
