GFL's Operation Management Training Program is looking for the next great candidate for the Greater Toronto area. This is a great place to enhance your leadership skills and elevate your career within our operations team. Over a period of 12-18 months, the successful candidate will be exposed to all areas of GFL including but not limited to: route supervising, health and safety, dispatch, customer service, maintenance, logistics, routing, in-cab technology, district management, environmental compliance and extended producer responsibility. This amazing opportunity spans our residential, commercial and industrial lines of businesses as well as our collection, transfer, disposal and recycling service offerings. Upon successful completion of GFL's Operation Management Training Program, the successful candidate will be placed into an operation leadership role. Qualified candidates need to have a keen desire to lead operational teams, think strategically, be solutions focused and have the ability to drive results. This role follows our operators’ hours, which includes early mornings and overnight operations. The ability to be flexible during the training program is essential. The training program will be offered primarily in the Greater Toronto Area. Upon conclusion of the program, the successful candidate will work with the Regional Vice President to find a role and permanent location in the GTA. *Requirements:* Prior experience in the waste management sector, public sector, operations management, EPR, logistics or environmental sectors preferred.
