Title: Sales and Account Manager, Voisin's Maple Products Ltd.
Compensation: From $60,000 plus percentage of incremental growth

Voisin's Maple Products Ltd. is a family owned and operated company that has thrived since 1989, based on relationships and quality. Built on a solid foundation of maple syrup and maple product sales, in recent years, Voisin's have acquired two other companies, The Garlic Box and Wicked Gourmet. The products of all three brands are produced in and sold from our facility in Formosa along with the collaboration of several other producers and production sites. This sales role would be responsible for the sales, support, and account management of all three brands.
In this role, you will work with the team to maintain, support, and help to grow the sales of Voisin's Maple Products Ltd. On a typical day you could do any of the following:
· Process orders from existing wholesale and retail customers
· Making proactive calls to existing and potential customers
· Visit customers to service orders and assist with merchandising
· Process and follow through on orders from several major grocery chains
· Field questions and comments from customers - this position is the face of sales to the public
· Follow up with customers and implement payment solutions if necessary
· Attend meetings with and assist in securing incremental business from large corporate customers
· Assist with product development and marketing
· Participate in the delivery logistics and strategy to large and smaller customers
· Explore new methods of selling and new markets
· Assist in creating sales goals and budgets that align with corporate objectives
· Contribute to targeted marketing plans and overall sales strategy
· Negotiate sales contracts with new customers
· Collaborate with our internal production and logistics teams to provide exceptional products in a timely fashion
· Attend conferences and/or trade shows to market our products
The person in this role is expected to be on the road in our company vehicle seeing existing customers and identifying new opportunities at least once a month and as necessary to identify new and maintain existing customers.
