Shop & Yard Coordinator

As part of our team, the Shop & Yard Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:
Assisting our Superintendents with logistics and equipment needs.
Organize 3rd party contractors to deliver and pick up of trailers, sea cans, and fence from the office or North Yard
Receive shipments, load and unload trailers as required.
Maintain and organize our construction fleet
Deliver materials to and from job sites
Maintain the shop and yard along with snow removal in the winter. Candidates must possess: Superior communication skills and ability to work well with others which also includes managing your own schedule to stay on schedule with a number of competing requirements.
Excellent organization skills
Good physical condition
Experience with a Bobcat
Experience pulling trailers and knowing the laws around weights for trailer loads.
Must possess a Class 5 license as well as a Class 1 or a G endorsement to a Class 2,3,4 or 5 allowing you to pull trailers with heavy loads.
