Site Logistics Coordinator

Adecco is currently seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator for a Temporary to possibly permanent role in Kitimat, BC. The role offers a competitive salary of $80 per hour and requires expertise in logistics coordination, safety compliance, contractor management, and project progress tracking.

• Pay rate: $80/hour.

• Location: Kitimat, BC

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 10 hours per day

• Job type: Temporary to Permanent possible | Full-time

Responsibilities: As the Site Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of project logistics, including contractor coordination, material movement, and adherence to safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring daily progress and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

• Coordinating contractor activities and managing material movements.

• Reviewing and approving daily documentation and timesheets.

• Facilitating site establishment and handover processes.

• Participating in meetings with project management and contractors.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess:

• Over 10 years of construction supervision experience in heavy industry.

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive project efficiency.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
