Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your role in our team

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter is a team player who is process oriented, adaptable and has a keen eye for the right fit, as to maximize potential and opportunities. Responsibilities:

* Source potential drivers through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
* Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest
* Coordinate and schedule interviews
* Assist with the preparation of interview materials
* Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
* Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms
* Research new recruitment strategies and stay updated on industry trends
* Other duties as assigned

Ideal candidate profile

Requirements:

* Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
* 2 or more years’ experience in full cycle recruitment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong research skills to identify potential candidates
* Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade candidates
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
* Adaptable and willing to learn and take on new tasks
* Fluency in French and English an asset
