Job Details Description The Village of Arbour Trails located in Guelph, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a TEMP Full-Time Village Experience Coordinator to join their team for a 3 months. You can be you while being part of our Family!

As Our Village Experience Coordinator, You Will The Village Experience Coordinator organizes necessary logistics within the Village and works with Neighbourhood Teams/Director’s of Lifestyle Options to accommodate resident move ins, internal transfers or other movement within the Village Continuum of living. They work collaboratively with Maintenance and Environmental to ensure suite preparedness, cleanliness and functionality and service set up is complete. They complete required paperwork through appropriate parties (resident’s, family members, physicians, power of attorney’s etc.). The Village Experience Coordinator works collaboratively with the Directors of Lifestyle Options to learn details of the resident’s personal profile, preferences, needs, and aspirations to develop a superior member experience. They work with the Village teams to design a New Resident Orientation Plan; to build engaging activities and programs for Neighbours Club Members within the Village and/or greater community. To be successful as our Village Experience Coordinator, you will:
  • Possess a university degree, College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Be adept in systems and process thinking to provide excellent customer service.
  • Have the ability to work independently, take initiative with little direction and identify opportunities that enhance a new resident/member experience.
  • Have proven oral and written communication skills by listening to others and sharing information.
  • Be a trusted liaison for Village life for new residents, club members and families during a Villages visits, Village move ins and transitions throughout the continuum.
  • Have strong Administrative and Computer Skills.
  • Be excited by our objectives, our Village philosophy and the family values that shape all aspects of life in a Schlegel Village.
  • Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members.
  • Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the Village Experience Coordinator role.
It would be an asset if our Village Experience Coordinator has:
  • Class F drivers license in order to support Neighbours Club initiatives
