Your new role

• Execute routine tasks typically performed by the predecessor in the Invoicing, Cash Application, and Deductions departments. This includes:
• Provide support to Customer Service and clients for access to account details and duplication of invoices.
• Conduct analysis and investigation on designated client accounts to identify any discrepancies, excess payments, and credit notes. Keep the deductions log current.
• Oversee the log for client deductions to track responses from Customer Service. Generate and apply credit/debit notes to resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Process daily cash receipts from clients into the company’s accounts receivable ledger.
• Ensure timely completion of end-of-month procedures, including the preparation of financial reports and reconciliation of bank statements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Completed college degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years related experience in a pertinent role
• Bilingualism
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, etc.)
• Knowledge of a major ERP platform is considered an asset
