Finance Account Specialist

Adecco is actively seeking a seasoned Finance Account Specialist - Senior to join their team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of accounting operations, from AP and AR to financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities:   As a Finance Account Specialist - Senior, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing full cycle accounting processes such as AP, AR, and account reconciliations.

• Preparation of monthly/quarterly working papers and bank reconciliations.

• Managing accounts payable, including reconciliation and investigation tasks.

• Processing expense claims, corporate card statements, and employee advances.

• Conducting accounts receivable functions, including processing customer receipts and issuing credit notes.

• Assisting in fiscal year-end working papers for auditors and completing special accounting projects as assigned.

Requirements:   The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5-7 years of accounting experience with a strong knowledge of corporate accounting procedures.

• Completion of post-secondary full cycle accounting courses.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting-based ERP systems.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
