The Job: Finance Lead

As the Finance Lead, you will be pivotal in our financial operations, with responsibilities that encompass:

• Supervising all aspects of finance and accounting functions, providing effective support to the finance team.
• Taking a hands-on approach, actively participating in financial operations.
• Leading the production of accurate and timely monthly financial statements for performance analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and evolve effective accounting and internal control policies and procedures.
• Assisting in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and forecasts.
• Coordinating year-end closing activities with external accountants.
• Serving as the point of contact for the CRA, external accounting firms and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of fiscal management or accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Profound understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and oversee financial operations.
• Knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
