• Prepare monthly consolidation and financial statements.
• Oversee the month end process and complete monthly workbooks.
• Manage and review all journal entries and transactions posted in the general ledger.
• Review payroll and act as a backup for payroll preparation.
• Assist with inventory management, monthly cycle counts and control adherence.
• Prepare financial analysis and provide insight into variances.
• Help with the yearend budgeting process.
• Liaise with the company’s auditors and assist with the yearend audit process.
• Assist in documenting all accounting tasks.
• Help implement process improvements.
• Assist with control implementation.
• Help with ERP improvement projects.
• Help with day-to-day cash management needs.
• Other tasks that may be required.

• CPA, CA designation
• Minimum of 3 years audit experience
• Minimum 2 years industry experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting
• Experience supervising accounting staff
• Experience with a distribution or manufacturing company is an asset
• Must have audit experience
• Must have advanced excel skills
• Experience with Adagio Accounting Software is an asset
