Responsibilities - Prepare comprehensive financial reports and interpret financial data.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to support business decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and oversee cash utilization strategies.
- Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10 years of experience in a financial role
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a must
- Analyzing COGS and gross margin to identify opportunities for cost saving and operational efficiencies.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
