Good news! Berger is looking for an Health and Safety Coordinator who is motivated by the deployment of an OHS culture and the development and maintenance of occupational health and safety standards. As part of your mandate, you will actively participate in the preparation, deployment and updating of occupational health and safety programs for sites located in Baie-Sainte-Anne and Bay-du-Vin in New Brunswick. You will support the operations teams in understanding their daily issues and in implementing their action plans. Without a doubt, great challenges are in store for you within a company that is committed to the deployment of a strong health and safety culture. OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:
• Plan the implementation and deployment of the various prevention programs in compliance with current health and safety regulations;
• Participate in the development of training programs, procedures and tools in health and safety;
• Coordinate and collaborate on preventive and corrective risk management activities;
• Contribute to the deployment of the OHS culture and the promotion of safe attitudes and behaviors. CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or other related qualification;
• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in risk prevention and control management in the manufacturing field;
