Applicants should be a journeyman machinist with several years experience and be versatile on lathes, drill presses, milling machines, surface and other grinders, honing machines, boring bar machines and line boring. They should have several years experience in repairing and rebuilding type of machining jobs.

Welding and mechanical experience and knowledge is a valuable asset. Reading and interpreting blue prints, engineering documents and other drawings are necessary.

Driver's license, First Aid, WHMIS, safety and TDG certificates are valued.
