Maintenance Supervisor

Position : Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Hamilton, ON area

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Yearly

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering/ Automotive / Maintenance

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities :

· Oversee all production requirements in the facility

· Ensure enough materials and support teams are present for a smooth production process

· Purchase inventory as needed

· Maintain work order system

· Conduct monthly performance reviews

· Provide technical support when needed

· Oversee the equipment repairs needs in the facility

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience :

· 5 – 7 years of experience in a supervisor role preferably in the automotive environment.

· Post secondary education in Engineering preferred

· Millwright or similar skilled Tradesperson certification preferred

· Experience with automaton equipment required

· Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) required

· Proficient in Computer skills

· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

· Able to work a 3-shift rotation - midnights, afternoons, days.
