Due to recent growth and promotion, our client needs help by adding to their growing HR team.
The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in the organization’s success by providing strategic leadership and operational best practices for employees. Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager will guide the HR team, foster collaboration between field and corporate offices and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of talent management, employee relations and organizational development.
Responsibilities would include:
The Ideal Candidate will bring post secondary education in human resources and a CHRP designation would be considered an asset. You will show 5 years of progressive experience with a minimum of 5 years at a management level, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Your demonstrated success working with a multi-faceted environment, driving alignment and high performing teams is sought after. The HR Manager will leverage their strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, and proficiency in conflict management techniques, thereby fostering a positive work culture. Proven success in managing and developing an HR team, with the ability to coach and mentor staff is required. We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire, influence, and motivate others. You are detailed oriented, highly organized and can manage multiple projects effectively. It is essential that the HR Manager is adaptable, flexible and can thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
