Job Description

• Oversee and enhance manufacturing processes with a focus on seat production, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to meet and exceed industry standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to refine processes and increase productivity, utilizing in-depth knowledge of assembly operations and equipment.
• Conduct continuous improvement activities, analyzing existing operations and integrating innovative solutions.
• Serve as a technical expert in the manufacturing of automotive seats, providing guidance and support to both new and existing team members.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that the production strategy aligns with the overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in the automotive seat manufacturing industry (major manufacturers)
• Extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the assembly process and equipment used in seat manufacturing.
• Strong background in process, production, and quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a proactive and productive work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
