Position Overview: The Material Handling Parts Specialist at All-Lift Ltd. plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability and timely delivery of parts for our diverse range of material handling equipment. As the primary point of contact for parts inquiries and orders, you will utilize your expertise and customer service skills to provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Parts Identification and Ordering:

  • Utilize product knowledge and technical specifications to accurately identify and source parts for various material handling equipment brands, including UniCarriers, CombiLift, Aisle-Master, Factory Cat, and Sky Jack.
  • Process parts orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to procure parts in a timely manner and negotiate favorable pricing terms.

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' parts inquiries, providing knowledgeable assistance and recommendations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions, addressing questions regarding parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels for parts and components, conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of parts inventory.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on parts selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate parts and solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of parts transactions, including orders, shipments, and returns, using our inventory management system.
  • Generate reports on parts sales, inventory levels, and customer trends to support decision-making and business planning.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training in a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in parts sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the material handling or equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of material handling equipment parts and components, particularly those from UniCarriers, CombiLift, Aisle-Master, Factory Cat, and Sky Jack.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
