Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and seasoned project manager to join our engineering team, in the development of our platform and toolset for industrial XR.

This is a hybrid position with office in Lisbon, requiring tax-residency and work visa in Portugal.

Qualifications:

• 5-year professional experience in project management;
• BS or higher in Computer Science;
• Professional project management certification from accredited institution (preference for PMP)
• Experience in effectively combining agile methodologies with traditional project management in product-based startup environments;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Goal driven, enthusiastic, creative thinker and problem solver;
• Ability to anticipate challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Good communication skills and ability to thrive in diverse remote-first teams;
• Fluent spoken and written level of English (C1 or higher);
