About This Team The goal of the product design team is to transform our Super App into a cohesive and engaging product that guides our users through our fintech and travel experiences. This app is relatively new, and there’s a lot of work to be done designing new features, building links between experiences and improving the overall quality of our product. We are looking for an outstanding Product Designer to join our Super Pay team and help us design products that engage our customers. As a Product Designer at CB2, you will be responsible for product ideation, concept development, and design execution. Our ideal candidate is an innovative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to life and create products that are aesthetically pleasing, functionally sound, and commercially viable.We are looking for a Product Designer with a deep knowledge of product design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. You should have a passion for both form and function, and be able to take projects from concept to completion. You should have an eye for detail and be able to bring a unique perspective to the table.You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in product design. You should also have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create beautiful, functional, and commercially successful products. Finally, you should possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with a team. About This Role This Product Designer (3.5 month contract) will play a key role in designing and building engaging and intuitive experiences for our Fintech customers. You’ll be part of the border product design team that works across multiple product verticals, to connect the travel experiences as part of the broader product ecosystem. You will leverage data and user insights to deeply understand user needs, then directly apply those insights to designs that deliver clear measurable value, both to our customers and the business. You will collaborate closely with your cross-functional partners and other designers to craft end-to-end experiences that span web and app, and elevate new opportunities. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and other designers to craft end-to-end experience that engage our customers and optimize for conversion
• Leverage data and research insights to build strong perspectives that guide your work and that of your team’s to make good decisions effectively and efficiently
• You raise the bar and commit to continually improving the travel experience,, and the app experience as a whole through collaboration with designers from other product verticals
• Use figma to create new designs and prototypes to share with stakeholders and partners for alignment, and with customers for insight gathering
• Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders for alignment, and to set and manage expectations
• Work with our UX research and data analytics to gather the data you’ll need to make key decisions

About You

• 6+ years of product design experience building products and working with engineering teams to take ideas from conception through execution across web and mobile app
• Experience working on “0-1” consumer products in a startup environment
• Experience leveraging user research and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Strong proficiency with Figma (our primary tool) and other tools for design and documentation (miro, confluence, etc.)
• Self starter with strong collaboration and communication skills
