About Product Management:
The Product Management team is responsible for understanding core and emerging markets and applications, while defining product strategy and requirements to meet the needs of OEM customers. We strive to offer standardized products, with a feature set that appeals to a wide range of needs.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Senior Product Manager plays a key role in establishing the product roadmap, developing new products for the company as well as increasing the profitability of existing products. This individual will be working tightly with Sales & Engineering to define and develop solutions to drive growth in both existing and new markets. The ideal candidate for this role will be an organized, communicative, and pragmatic individual with the proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous OEM customer experience, 10+ years of product management experience and project management capabilities are vital for success in this position.

Base Salary Range: $134,000 - $155,100 CAD per year plus bonus.
The compensation offered will be determined by experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
Only in special circumstances, where candidates demonstrate the experience and skills needed to exceed those required for the position, would Delta-Q consider paying above the range for this role.
