About the Opportunity: Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join our production team as a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience to contribute to the growth and development of our team.

In this role you will be responsible to:

• Weighing and labelling shipments for Loomis, Purolator, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, general truck shipments, and international customs.
• Packing, crating, and tracking all outgoing shipments.
• Assisting with required paperwork and documentation, including understanding international border crossing documentation.
• Operating Forklift and maintaining certification.
• Building crates for shipments using power tools, such as saw.
• Keeping the shipping area/customer service area organized and clean as well as assisting in the cleanliness of the shop area.
• Pull parts from inventory and bag for Production orders.
• Receive incoming goods from Vendors into PFC Inventory following PFC process and procedures.
• Enter Goods movement in SAP.

Qualifications & Experience:

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of practical experience with a computer based inventory system-preferably SAP. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a demonstrated attention to detail, and knowledge of warehouse inventory best practices.

In order to excel in this role, previous industry experience is essential. Including previous experience operating a propane Counterbalance fork lift, and a Raymond Reach. You must also hold a valid G Class driver's license.

Additionally, you will have the ability to work in a productive and fast paced team environment, with minimal supervision. The capacity to handle, organize, and coordinate multiple projects at once will be paramount to your success in this role. Strict adherence to OHSA standards is required.
