Shipper/Yard Helper

Overview Commercial Truck Equipment is looking to add a Full-Time Permanent Shipper/Helper to our head office production facility in Delta, BC. The Shipper/Helper plays a key role in supporting production and operations by assisting in Shipping and Receiving operations, completing daily parts and material pick-ups for the service and production departments, maintaining an organized system of service and production parts at each service bay, and overseeing inventory of shop supplies. Reporting to the Parts Manager, an organized, detail-oriented individual with knowledge of warehouse operations, manufacturing, and production with the ability to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision would be an ideal candidate for this position. The successful candidate must have a valid CSA Standard B335-15 - Industrial Lift Truck Operator Ticket , and we encourage all candidates with interest and direct or adjacent industry or job knowledge and experience to apply. Commercial is looking for someone who has the experience to make a smooth transition into this position and hit the ground running. Valid CSA Standard B335-15 - Industrial Lift Truck Operator Training with one or more years of forklift/lift truck experience is required Valid Class-5 driver's license is mandatory; licensure above Class 5 is an asset Yard & warehouse experience is mandatory Highly organized, detail oriented Works independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills Physically fit, able to lift 50 pounds Timeline and Application We have an urgent need for an employee in this role.
