Shop Foreman (Automotive)

Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is currently looking for an experienced Shop Foreman / Master Technician to join our growing team! Job Description:
Ensuring that repairs are executed accurately and promptly by our skilled technicians, while also upholding a consistently high standard of customer satisfaction within the service department.

• Recruit and motivate skilled service technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
• Assists technicians in enhancing their skills and staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
• Oversees adherence to manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
• Conducts regular performance reviews for technicians, assigns repairs equitably, and provides technical support when needed.
• Ensures accurate billing of repairs, monitors progress throughout the day, and conducts thorough quality checks on completed jobs.
• Maintains meticulous records, follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and promptly addresses any complaints.
• Utilizes performance metrics and tools to manage department efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
• Monitors technicians' productivity and shop conditions, recommending equipment purchases and ensuring proper tool care and inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.

Requirements:

• License for over 3 years
• Diagnostics 
• Domestic knowledge is an asset
• Highly motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Punctual
• Honest
• Valid Drivers license
