We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Showroom Consultant to join our Ottawa showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for design and detail. As a Showroom Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in our showroom, providing product information, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring products are displayed attractively and neatly.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Proven experience in customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office and POS systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a showroom or retail environment.
• Knowledge of quartz surfaces or related products.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible schedule, 12 to 25 hours a week.
• Must be available Monday to Saturday.
• Shifts are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM on weekdays (or 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
• Saturday shifts are from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
