Supply Chain Operations Manager

New investments are continuously being made to expand the scope of our production facilities and development laboratories. We are looking for an innovative SCO Manager to join our team! Knowledge And Skills (Education)

• Experience with ERP systems, EPICOR an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain & operations planning, with at least 2 years of Leadership experience.
• Experience with cross border shipments and paperwork requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule plant production to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Procure new sources of supply with a cost optimization mindset.
• Negotiate prices, terms and prepare comparable tables.

Skills, Aptitudes

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer skill including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and other interfaces as SharePoint, Teams/Zoom, and MS Project.

Working Conditions

• 60% Office environment, 40% Plant Floor (PPE required)
