The award-winning agency delivers game-changing campaigns across multiple verticals and industries in the areas of media relations, influencer relations, content, events, experiential, paid media, social and digital marketing.About the role: P&C is currently recruiting for a dynamic Account Specialist - XM who is primarily responsible for the execution of events in conjunction with traditional experiential program execution. As an Account Specialist - XM, your role will involve executing fully integrated marketing initiatives, showcasing clients' brands across diverse platforms, including event marketing, PR stunts, regional and national events, channel-specific advocacy gatherings, viral campaigns, and digital executions.Roles and responsibilities of an Account Specialist - XM include (but are not limited to) the following:Negotiate with vendors to ensure flawless execution and cost-effectiveness.Support on execution of events ranging from media/influencer previews to larger autoshow buildsAssist in selecting and negotiating venues for multi-market events.Hire and brief brand ambassadors for various activations Support with event logistics including venue arrangements, staffing, and scheduling.Deliver regular updates on program progress, personnel, and client reporting. Feed into all event budget and track costs for programs Track key performance metrics, providing guidance to the team and adjusting strategies as needed.Collaborate with key account team members to establish relevant business metrics and reporting mechanisms.
