As an Account Specialist - XM, your role will involve executing fully integrated marketing initiatives, showcasing clients' brands across diverse platforms, including event marketing, PR stunts, regional and national events, channel-specific advocacy gatherings, viral campaigns, and digital executions.Roles and responsibilities of an Account Specialist - XM include (but are not limited to) the following:Negotiate with vendors to ensure flawless execution and cost-effectiveness.Support on execution of events ranging from media/influencer previews to larger autoshow buildsAssist in selecting and negotiating venues for multi-market events.Hire and brief brand ambassadors for various activations Support with event logistics including venue arrangements, staffing, and scheduling.Deliver regular updates on program progress, personnel, and client reporting. Feed into all event budget and track costs for programs Track key performance metrics, providing guidance to the team and adjusting strategies as needed.Collaborate with key account team members to establish relevant business metrics and reporting mechanisms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s (or Master’s) Degree in Business, Marketing or related field2-4 years of experience in experiential and event production.Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the clientsProfessional attitude and hard workerSolid understanding of social media tools and digital platformsStrong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must be available to work flexible work hours which will include evenings and/or weekends at times.Must be prepared to travel as needed.Benefits: Salary: competitive and commensurate with experienceBenefits packageRemote work environmentA flexible, collaborative, positive, and fast-paced work environmentMany opportunities for professional development Birthdays offPaid vacation + Seven (7) discretionary bonus day long weekends coinciding with Family Day, Easter, the summer statutory holidays (Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday and Labour Day), and Thanksgiving + Office closure during the holiday season (from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Eve).
