Job Description - Americas Marketing Coordinator

Role SummarySophos is looking for a new team member to join our world-class Americas regional marketing team. Sophos has a strong culture, commitment to excellence, and promotes from within. Reporting to the Manager, Americas Regional Marketing, the AmericasMarketing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of various marketing strategies, tools, and tactics to support Sophos’ long-term business objectives.   • Provide on-going support for regional marketing activities.
  • Work in collaboration with the Americas Marketing Team to implement brand requirements and standards, prepare presentations, support the development of marketing materials and social media content to drive marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate the distribution of external emails, report on email-specific metrics and recommendations.
  • Manage a calendar of external sponsorships, industry conferences, and speaking opportunities. liaise with internal teams to determine and coordinate participation.
  • Proactively plan and execute against the marketing calendar for consistent on-time delivery.
  • Handle accounting processes such as budgeting, event contracts, and invoices.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organization to ensure good collaboration, efficient problem solving, and creative solutions for delivering results. Cross-functional teams will include marketing, sales, PR, product, and finance.
What You Will Bring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High motivation with the proven ability to react and adapt in real time to balance multiple priorities while remaining flexible and calm.
  • Strong project management skills, including multi-tasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel across North America on occasion (~10%)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $75,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.  A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.#B1, ,
