We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Consumer Brand Marketing Lead to join our Toronto team . It's a pivotal role in the successful launch and establishment of the Enbridge Sustain brand. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting in the developing and leading the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately achieve sales targets.

Note: Internally you will be known as Senior Advisor Consumer Brand Marketing.

What you will do:

  • Brand Strategy: Assist in developing brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with company goals.

  • Marketing Plan Development: Work with agency to support in the creation and execution of marketing plans across various channels such as digital, social media, and PR to launch the brand efficiently.

  • Content Development: Assist in creating content and ensuring consistent brand messaging across different marketing materials.

  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (including product, pricing, creative agency) to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Research & Analytics: With a customer-first mindset, support the use of market research, gather competitor insights, and assist in analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Budget Support: Aid in handling portions of the marketing budget effectively for various initiatives.

  • Performance Tracking: Responsible for monitoring marketing key performance indicators and contribute to regular reports on campaign performance.

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing (preferably in a larger consumer organization or at an advertising agency).

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications.

  • Experience executing mass marketing campaigns using both digital and traditional tactics.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and driving successful marketing strategies for brand launches or rebranding initiatives.

  • Outstanding experience owning end-to-end execution of mass campaigns including gaining cross-functional alignment.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and analytics tool.

  • Experience in working with an agency on developing and executing marketing campaigns #joinourteam #LI-Hybrid
