Reporting to the Manager of Bids, the Bid Lead is responsible for preparing proposals on behalf of the Nuclear Canada Business Unit. In this capacity, the Bid Lead is responsible for the proposal development lifecycle; coordinating and producing proposals in response to a client inquiry (Request for Proposals, Expressions of Interest, Tenders, Budgetary Estimates, Qualifications, etc.) while assembling a proposal team with the relevant service, product and business knowledge required to win.
Responsibilities include the implementation of proposal procedures and processes, ensuring complete, accurate and quality proposals are prepared on time and on budget. Further responsibilities include participating in capture planning sessions by contributing relevant industry market knowledge, competitor assessments, commercial strategies, etc.
This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
This role will be based in Mississauga, ON.
