“Pursuant to a language needs assessment conducted by Scotiabank, the successful candidate will be required to be able to communicate in English, in addition to French, because they will be required to work closely with other groups from head office who operate primarily in English, they will report to a manager from head office who is an English speaker, and they will serve an English-speaking clientele frequently.”
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the SM Quebec Region, by providing operational support to the business, focusing on day-to-day issue management and adjudication, initiative support, training, and education of colleagues. You will be required to liaise between the Quebec Region Branches and Canadian Wealth Management Operations (CWMO) with a focus on process improvement, project management and general operational support.
