We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Sarnia location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's daily activities, including business development, client relations, staff management, and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer service excellence among branch staff.
• Lead and manage all branch operations, including personnel management, budgeting, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch growth objectives and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, including financial metrics, operational KPIs, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, collective agreements, safety standards, and company policies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the crane rental and heavy lifting or construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of crane rental and heavy lifting operations, equipment, and industry best practices considered an asset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
