The Corporate Security IT is responsible for supporting Application development in two applications, for our business partners Corporate Security Management and Physical Access Identity Access Management

What will you do?

  • Work closely with product managers to ensure a solid understanding of business needs and translating these into systems requirement.

  • Define the business analysis approach, plans and accurate estimates for requirements, including tasks & deliverables, and continuously refine them for accuracy.

  • Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities.

  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review.

  • Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements in either iterative or Agile methodology using techniques such as user stories, story maps, system to system mapping, user context diagrams, using agile or iterative tools and processes.

  • Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through to implementation.

  • Communicate the impact of changes through cost-benefit analysis taking into consideration time, effort, and business priorities.

  • Support Design, Development and Testing activities by providing requirements clarifications and root-cause analysis.

  • Support Business and IT program management team as required by ensuring business priorities are understood and IT teams are equipped with detailed information to develop and test solutions effectively and as per expectations.

  • Analyze and document detail system requirements using Use Cases, Business Rules, Data, Messages, User Interface and Non Functional requirements

  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation

  • Assist in Gap analysis of 3rd party vendor solutions and requirements

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 2-4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions

  • Ability to lead, motivate, challenge and influence cross functional teams to deliver superior results

  • Strong Communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the company and have a talent for making the numbers, measure and targets come alive

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills, and to deal with ambiguous problems while adhering to delivery excellence among tight timelines

  • Independent, self-directed

  • Strong relationship management skills with impact and influence ability among stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills

  • Proficient with JIRA /Confluence

Nice-to-have

Physical security experience is an asset
