We're looking for a Business Development Manager who will be the driving force behind our company's launch efforts of new software produts for the real estate and mortgage industries, leveraging your extensive network and deep industry knowledge to foster relationships and open doors to new opportunities. You'll not only represent our company's interests but also champion our values and mission to prospective partners, customers, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Engage with potential partners to establish collaborations and new business opportunities. Act as the company spokesperson at industry events and public appearances. Coordinate with other departments to align business development strategies with company goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Lead, mentor, and expand the business development team. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with experience in the Real Estate Industry. Exceptional networking skills with a vast professional network. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong understanding of corporate performance management and business operations. High level of integrity, authenticity, and a genuine passion for fostering business relationships.
