Job Description - Clinic Admin & Marketing Lead

Clinic Admin & Marketing Lead Location Toronto, ON :

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC EXPERIENCE!

PhysioDNA is seeking a full-time Clinic Admin & Marketing Lead to be part of our dynamic Bloor West Team. Seeking a high energy individual with a background in a previous clinic admin role and experience in marketing/partnerships. We are looking for someone that is very experienced in customer service and motivated to grow our Bloor West clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential referral sources, including medical offices, community businesses and corporate offices to arrange and book "lunch and learn" sessions.
  • Be engaged in industry events, representing our brand identity while interacting with businesses, potential partners and event planners.
  • Take the lead in creating compelling marketing materials(Canva, Google Slides) such as brochures, posters, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative marketing initiatives that effectively promote our services and PhysioDNA brand.
  • Daily and weekly creation and support of social media content thats relevant existing and potential patients.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and work closely with management on partnerships
  • Greet and register patients in a welcoming manner, respond to email inquiries, telephone reception, schedule appointments, patient billing, open and close procedures, and general administrative support.
  • Maintains patient accounts by maintaining, updating and recording personal and financial information.

Work well in a team environment and individually; excellent interpersonal skills

Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the reception area and examination rooms; escort patients to treatment rooms; flexible to assist in all areas within the clinic

Procurement of supplies and replenishing supplies.

As well as other basic administrative tasks

Skills:

· Mature, reliable and trustworthy, well-groomed

· Outstanding communication skills, excellent command of the English language (written and oral); excellent phone demeanour

· Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and be completely dependable and punctual

· Exceptional customer service skills; warm, friendly personality, energetic, enthusiastic, polite, tactful; pleasant and professional demeanour

· Strong multi-tasking skills and quick learner for computer skills and scheduling system; excellent organizational skills

· Ability to maintain patient confidentiality; must be discrete

· Ability to work well under pressure and complete high-quality work in accordance to clinic standards

· Be comfortable performing financial transactions; taking payments for services and products

Experience:

· Strong computer skills, able to learn our EMR (Jane App), basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Excellent knowledge of health care and office practices, procedures and standards preferred

· Must have previous phone and communication experience in a physiotherapy clinic

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (required)
  • receptionist: 1 year (required)
