Contract Analyst

Your new company  

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading OIL & Gas company based in Alberta. We are currently hiring a Contract Analyst to join their team on a contract basis
This candidate will be required to work on a hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH). 

Your new role  

• Driving cost savings and operational efficiencies by strategically sourcing and negotiating contracts for goods and services.
• Focused on software renewals and software related sourcing, new agreements for new software, issuing RFI's for market, renew existing contract.
• Buying software as a service
• Some RFI, request for proposal.
• Ariba for contract management , SAP for looking up invoices, purchase orders be able to provide support to business.
• Leading supplier performance management and conducting periodic business reviews.
• Provide support on all areas of Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing

What you'll need to succeed  

• 5+ years of contract management, strategic sourcing and/or a related field
• Excellent experience working with suppliers
• Strong experience with negotiating contracts and pricing
• Previous leadership and management experience
