Location:  Toronto 100% remote Our successful and stable client in the marketing and advertising industry is hiring a Corporate Accounting Analyst. About THE COMPANY:
This company is a North American industry leader in integrated marketing solutions. They are stable and successful and needing to hire a Corporate Accounting Analyst to work alongside the Senior Financial Analyst (implementation specialist) assisting with a smooth integration of Microsoft Business Central, be back up for payroll, and have regular accounting duties including preparing reconciliations, completing journal entries, schedules and other tasks.   About THE JOB:

• Support the development & transition of MS Business Central application.
• Prepare Cash Flow analysis for determining funding requirements
• Perform AR & AP related account reconciliations; Month end duties, Monthly reconciliations and other month-end close processes, Balance sheet analysis Managing fixed assets and scheduling
• Support finance in Annual Financial Statement Audit
• Process utilities, realty taxes, HST, corporate taxes by verifying account coding, enter invoices, issue cheques and/or manual cheques, and ensure they are paid on a timely basis.
• Set-up utilities and taxes on pre-authorized payment plans. Process employee expense
• Be the backup for the Payroll Administrator.

About YOU:

• Accounting Degree required, Pursuing CPA designation is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role
• Experience with ERP solutions a MUST, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, Navision or Dynamics is required.
• Multi entity reporting experience is preferred
• Private Equity or US ownership experience is preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP, practices, tax laws, and reporting requirements is a MUST
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
