As our ideal candidate, you're not just a designer; you're a visionary. You possess a rich background in branding, web design, and social media design, coupled with a relentless work ethic that thrives both in collaborative settings and while working autonomously. Your creative insights breathe life into brand aesthetics, encompassing everything from typography to dynamic visuals. But your expertise doesn't stop there; you're equally adept at navigating the intricacies of web design, including SEO, mobile-first design, and web best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unleash your innate creativity and seamlessly generate concepts, occasionally using pencil and pen for wireframes and initial brainstorming.
• Possess a deep understanding of brand identity, typographic theories, color theory, web WC3 + ADA standards, and the creation of design systems and brand standards.
• Design responsive websites, PPC LPs, and site templates across various devices, prioritizing mobile-first design principles.
• Execute all design tasks with finesse, including web banners, email campaigns, social media campaigns, corporate brochure design, posters, tradeshow booths, etc.
• Grasp the creative and marketing objectives for each project, with the ability to further refine the brief if necessary.
• Manage your workload and time effectively to meet project deadlines independently.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the extended web design team to optimize web functionality, design, site architecture, user interface, and navigation.
• Source innovative images to enhance online and offline creative projects.
• Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.
• Stay updated on best practices in the technology industry and emerging technologies such as AI through continuous research.

• Excel in Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, and bonus points for proficiency in Figma.
• Demonstrate a passion for user-centered design honed through professional experience.
• Experience in the Optical or Aesthetics industry is a plus.
• Leverage 5+ years of industry experience to deliver top-notch designs that captivate and inspire.
• Possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Advanced (5 - 7 years of experience)
