Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Toronto, Ontario. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our organization.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and website - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital platforms - Monitor trends in digital marketing and make recommendations for new initiatives - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and tools for digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing - Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management platforms - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Resilient and passionate about digital marketing - Strong planning and problem-solving skills
