Broadcom is seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our remote team in Toronto, Ontario. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO) - Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum results - Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and impactful content for digital platforms - Manage and grow social media presence, engage with followers, and monitor online conversations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent people management skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools - Passion for technology and a desire to stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends
