We are currently looking for a  Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team!

What you can expect in this role:

Reporting to the Vice-president of Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support brand awareness campaigns marketing and advertising campaigns and plans as well as manage the implementation of various social and digital marketing programs, working internally and with third-party agencies.

More specifically, here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Social media management
  • Research on industry-related topics
  • Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides in three languages to be posted across all our social media channels.
  • Incorporate blogs and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.
  • Plan marketing events to increase Bitfarms message and differentiated benefits either on a stand-alone basis or in concert with industry association events.
  • Support the planning and participation in annual industry events such as Bitcoin Nashville, Bitcoin Amsterdam, etc.
  • Monitor the activities of the Company’s peers to identify developing trends, and current messages/themes on which the Company should incorporate.
  • Create and maintain an online store.
• General administrative:
  • Develop a comprehensive database of family offices, funds, and institutional investors for follow-up and timely communications.
  • Develop/create and track corporate metrics that help guide Bitfarm’s IR and marketing effort as the most effective among its peer group.
  • Manage inquiries on social media and website.

Here's the profile we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience uploading content to various content management. systems such as WordPress, Hubspot Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Wix, XSitePro etc.
• Video production and editing.
• Photography skills are a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies, including ads, email marketing, social media management, and website optimization.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google ADS suite, and Search Console).
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g, Wordpress, Hubspot).

A few more relevant details:

• Travel required: 2-3 international trips per year, monthly visits to our Quebec sites.
• Work schedule: 40h/week
• Hybrid/remote possible
