Director Sales - Canada

MBR partners are hiring for a Director of Sales to pursue new business and grow existing business by developing and implementing a strategy aimed at the  growth of its Network product suite comprising : OSS, 5G Core, Charging, Policy and Network Services. 

• Responsible for building long-term partnerships with new and existing customers.
• To build out the Network's reach, extend and develop positive relationships 
• You will be a Problem Solver: be creative & innovative, and think outside the box. Support the customer with new & relevant to them. Help the customer to think differently/consider new or creative ways of solving the problem.
• You will represent the customer as their champion, by constantly looking for improvement areas and ways to delight and retain through customer satisfaction.
• You will d emonstrate value: understand the desired customer outcome & what this is worth to the customer

Whar are we looking for :

• 10+ years of sales experience on Network solutions to CSP’s
• Deep, demonstrable relationships at Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 operators
• Proven track record in closing large and complex deals through development and execution of sales strategies across different markets
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in (BSS, OSS, 4G / 5G, Virtualisation / Cloud Services and Evolution)
• Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration & team building skills.
• Fluent English (verbal and written); proficiency in languages English 
• Executive-level communication & presenting skills.
