Division Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead an Income Producing Property Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Understanding strategy and tactical marketing, strong execution skills.
• Stakeholder engagement/management, professionalism and communication skills are important
• Someone that fits in the environment, can keep up with the fast-paced environment, is able to pivot fast.
• Providing quarterly performance tracking, while working alongside sales teams.
• Overseeing and managing social media content + publishing website content
• Creation and execution of marketing plans

Skills required:

• Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, 5+ leading a marketing division.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets
• Able to lead marketing campaigns + work with external vendors.
• Extensive background working in B2C sector
