Job Description - FT TMLP Marketing & Communication Administration Representative
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following: 1. Accurate Data Entry 2. Manage invoice processing for Marketing and Communications activities 3. Assist with the preparation of any relevant financial and business documentation 4. Coordinate and execute the gift card program 5. Work effectively with other staff/supervisors and customers 6. Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Business Administration Certificate (B.A.C.) - A minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting, or in an administration role - Strong experience in data entry - Proven skill and competence in the Microsoft Suite of Products - Experience working within a co-operative organization would be considered an asset - Must be able to work mornings and afternoons Deadline: May 7, 2024
