Job Overview:
Smardt is seeking a Global Digital Marketing Manager to either work remotely or be based at the group’s head office in Dorval, Quebec. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this pivotal role is responsible for leading and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive global brand growth and market penetration. With a focus on B2B markets, particularly in the HVAC sector, this position combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation across all online platforms.
- Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and control the digital marketing budget and allocate resources wisely.
- Innovate and implement new digital marketing techniques and technologies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on B2B marketing; experience in the HVAC industry is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience with email marketing, lead generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, HTML/CSS, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
