Job Description - Head of Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or industrial sectors. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing current accounts, upselling to existing clients, developing strategic partnerships, and managing lead-generation services. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to build and execute sales strategies, and you will be the primary sales driver until the team expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieving Sales Objectives:
  • Engage in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients, accountable for achieving Soralink’s sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals with a focus on long-term client success.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate them.

Account Management:

  • Manage current accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions to existing clients.

Business Development:

  • Develop and foster strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.

Lead Generation Management:

  • Oversee and manage lead-generation services to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with lead-generation providers to optimize performance and ROI.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure our solutions meet market needs.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and performance.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the CEO to align sales and business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
