Responsibilities • Align human resource strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring harmony with Viasox's mission and vision.
• Oversee and enhance the bi-annual performance review process; provide coaching to managers for fair and effective assessments.
• Regularly review and update the compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Utilize topgrading hiring methodology to recruit top-tier talent and make decisions on staff retention or release.
• Design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression.
• Plan and execute cultural events, celebrate employee milestones, and foster a strong sense of community within the team.
• Manage employee relations, including dispute resolution and conflict mediation, to maintain a respectful and productive work environment.
• Develop, refine, and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the company's innovative culture.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment standards, and develop policies that support legal obligations and company goals.
• Maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization, conveying policies, strategies, and feedback clearly and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support Viasox's long-term mission and growth.
