Job Description - Hybrid Personnel

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Must be a proactive and industrious individual with a positive demeanour, adept at conflict resolution and possessing a constructive approach to problem-solving
  • The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in managing incoming calls with a focus on ensuring each customer feels valued. Additionally, they should demonstrate a keen ability to promptly assess situations and proactively intervene to facilitate positive outcomes
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft 365, Teams and Excel
  • Candidate should have an emphasis on adaptability and a rapid learning curve to grasp internal systems for addressing customer inquiries
  • Candidate should also be a team player supporting to work on projects that are time sensitive and require an all-hands-on-deck approach
  • Familiarity with design software is desirable, alongside a comprehensive understanding of our business operations
  • Responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to inventory management, hardware preparation and oversight of shipping and receiving procedures
  • The role will also involve collaborating with our Acquisitions representative to identify and engage prospective clients through diligent research
  • This role may also encompass some receivable/payable duties
  • As this is a newly created role, specific duties may evolve over time to align with team requirements. However, candidates will have the opportunity to showcase their strengths and contribute meaningfully to various aspects of the role


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Written and Verbal Communication
  • Microsoft 365
  • Teams
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Keyboarding minimum of 50 wpm


Experience:

  • Customer Service, Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
