Reporting to the Marketing Director, the position holder will be responsible for developing, supervising and managing activities relating to promotions, local marketing, menu and special projects.

SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES:

Promotions

• Supports the marketing director in developing the marketing calendar and promotions.
• Supervises the development and implementation of various promotions to ensure compliance with deadlines and manage all the stakeholders involved.
• Takes charge of the production of advertising material.
• Communicates the promotions to franchisees and internal teams to ensure proper execution in restaurants.
• Works in collaboration with various business partners to ensure the smooth running of projects: advertising agencies, printers, suppliers, etc.
• Monitors the competition.
• Analyzes the results for each promotion (post-mortem).

Local Marketing

• Develops and implement 360º marketing plans for local actions in collaboration with franchisees (e.g. openings, renovations, sales support, etc.).
• Manages the production of advertising materials from creation to distribution with all the stakeholders.
• Develops new marketing tools/solutions for the restaurants and coordinates their implementation.
• Analyzes the results and makes recommendations to franchisees.

Menu

• Supervises the production of the printed menu.
• Develops the communication plan to promote the menu.
• In collaboration with the corporate chef and the marketing director, targets marketing needs and supports teams for tests in restaurants.

Special projects

• Participates in the organization of major events and the deployment of sponsorships.
• Supports the marketing director for philanthropic projects and campaigns.
• Develops internal and external communication tools (brochures, presentations, promotional tools, etc.)
• Provides content for various presentations and meetings.

General responsibilities

• Collaborates with advertising agencies and graphic designers involved in the projects (brief, creation, etc.).
• Attends various committees.
• Participates in the development of business plans and communications orientations.
• Manages the submission and invoicing process with suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing; particularly in communication and project management
• Extensive experience and knowledge in print and digital production
• Experience in the franchise field, an asset
• Experience in the restaurant industry, an asset
• Autonomous and with a strong sense of initiative
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to respect budgets and deadlines
• Shows leadership as well as relational and communication skills
• Curiosity, creativity, innovative spirit and orientation towards solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Bilingual
• Gotta love sushi!
