They are seeking a talented Marketing and Events Coordinator fluent in Mandarin to join their dynamic team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events to promote company services and enhance brand visibility.
• Connect with potential clients to invite to events

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive engagement across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and onsite coordination to ensure successful execution of events.

• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, and make recommendations for future improvements.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in marketing strategies and event concepts.

Who You Are:

• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience in marketing and events coordination, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and event planning processes.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, develop innovative marketing strategies, and execute successful marketing campaigns and events.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing software/tools is an asset.
